  • To schedule a consultation or appointment, new and returning clients can reach out to me via email, phone, or the contact form on this website's contact page.

  • Payment can be made by e-transfer, credit card, or cash. All payments for counselling services are due prior to the beginning of the session. A full receipt will be emailed to you once payment has been received.

  • To best serve all of my clients, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This policy is in place because I have dedicated and reserved your session time exclusively for you. It ensures that we can make the most of our scheduled time together. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge at your regular rate.

  • I am committed to providing inclusive and culturally sensitive support to individuals of diverse cultural backgrounds and identities for adults and youth aged 16 and above. This dedication extends to serving clients from all walks of life, ensuring that our services are accessible and tailored to meet their unique needs. I am committed to providing compassionate and culturally responsive care to all individuals who choose to work with me.

  • All communication and counselling sessions are held in strict confidence as required by law. Confidentiality is of utmost importance in our therapeutic relationship. However, it's important to acknowledge that there are limits to this confidentiality. These limits include situations where there is a risk of harm to a vulnerable person, such as a child or elder, when a court subpoenas clinical notes, or when there is imminent harm to the client or others.

    In the event that a breach of confidentiality becomes necessary, I will discuss it with you and work together to address it in the best possible way. Your well-being and safety are paramount, and we will navigate any challenges while upholding ethical standards and ensuring your informed involvement throughout the process.
